In this article, the authors investigated the historical aspect of the legal regulation of the activities of a limited liability company from the Roman period to the present. Separately disclosed features, and the degree of influence of the legal regulation of the activities of a limited liability company in different historical periods of time. It is concluded that a limited liability company has passed a rather long period of its formation through the denial and borrowing of certain elements of the status of other legal forms of legal entities. |
