How to evaluate the correctness of medical actions only on the basis of available instructions, regulations, orders and other official documents issued by the ministry, its departments and other health authorities, if first of all, only the provisions of the medical science itself, which is it is focused only on ensuring human life and health, on the basis of which the above mentioned objectives are established. Thereby, we judge the consequences, but often the factors behind little knowledge of the disease, the patient and the treatment that lead to undesirable consequences often remain. It is in this connection that it is so important to study the legal specifics of medical activity in order to give a more objective answer to the question concerning the limits of the criminal responsibility of the responsible persons.
