The article identifies the reasons for the dissatisfaction of passengers with urban transport on the basis of a survey and assessed the degree of their importance for passengers. The analysis of the organization of passenger traffic in the city of Mogilev and its shortcomings are identified. The introduction of an automated fare collection system was proposed, it’s payback period was calculated, and the advantages of its use were highlighted. |
