UNO having the aim of achieving its primary objectives enterprises a series of actions oriented to the improvement of the situation of people affected by the natural disaster. One of the main forms of involving is the humanitarian intervention. This article reflects the position of the author about the selection of the methods and ways of involvement in the case of humanitarian surgeries under the aegis UNO.

Organizaţia Naţiunilor Unite în scopul realizării obiectivelor sale primordiale, întreprinde un şir de acţiuni orientate spre ameliorarea situaţiei persoanelor afectate de calamităţile naturale. Una dintre principalele forme de implicare este intervenţia umanitară. Prezentul articol reflectă poziţia autoarei asupra selectării metodelor şi mijloacelor de implicare în cazul intervenţiilor umanitare sub egida ONU.
