The self-determination process of the Republic of Moldova began with the adoption of the Law on the status of state language by the Supreme Soviet of the MSSR the legislature XI on August 31, 1989. Until August 27, 1991, the date of adoption of the Declaration of Independence, Parliament adopted a series of acts and decisions, which has prepared a base for declaring of independence. |
