Rezumat | ||||||
In this paper, were analysed the salary opportunities in the public administration following the legislative changes of December 2018. Thus, according to the new legislative provisions, the employees of the public administration were united by a single wage law which provides standardized single regulations regarding to the salaries of public administration employees. The research methodology focused on studying the legislation of the salaries in the field of public administration and its interpretation. As methods were used: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, scientific abstraction. In conclusion, we can mention that the law of pay in 2018 has uniformized the system of pay in the public domain and motivated employees in the field. |
