Rezumat

The influence of an aggressive environment on the behavior of titanium–nitride coated steel has been researched. The kinetics of the electrode potentials have been studied. The electrochemical corrosion parameters for different aggressive environments have been determined, and titanium nitride coatings are recommended for corrosion protection of steels.
