Rezumat

Выявлены причины стимулирования использования тепловых насосов в промышленно развитых странах. Рассмотрена схема получения выгод государством за счет стимулирования внедрения тепловых насосов.

Au fost identificate motivele stimulării utilizării pompelor de căldură în ţările industrial dezvoltate. Este examinată schemă obţinerii de beneficii de către stat în urma stimulării implementării pompelor de căldură

There were identified reasons for incentives of the implementation of heat pumps by the Governement of industial developped countries. It is considered scheme of obtaining of benefits for the Governement as a result of heat pump incentives.
