Located in a region in which they intersect the large geopolitical interests, subject to many cultural influences and ideological, the Republic of Moldova has a history very tumultuous, which was reflected in the organization of its administrative-territorial. Practice has shown that the success of the good governance and overall progress of society are inextricably linked. In this sense, the organization of the local administration favors the location of the rational public investment across the whole country, ensure the harmonious development of all areas and localities. The improvement of the structure of the administrativeterritorial units is an important lever for achieving optimal functions of public administration in the rule of law. |
