Rezumat | ||||||
The paper aims to bring into discussion the main factors influencing the organizational climate and which can induce a certain style of managerial leadership. Between the two notions, leadership style and organizational climate, correlations are established. An optimal situational and contextual management style will impart a climate favorable to the organization's work in such a way that the proposed objectives will be achieved and the quality of the organizational psychological climate will determine a certain leadership style. |
