| Rezumat | ||||||
A theoretical model of the electrohydrodynamic prebreakdown phenomena in the weakly ionized media is proposed. Differential equations and initial conditions for describing the heat transfer in transformers are written. The Nusselt number’s dependence on the high voltage is obtained.
