This article describes the problems arising from the use of RED, in the national educational institutions, namely, the low endowment with ICT, the language barrier, the high cost for the elaboration of the qualitative RED, for the educational institutions the presence of RED is not included in the compulsory evaluation standards, the imperfections of the legislation in the field of copyright and the protection of intellectual property prevent the elaboration, perfection and use of RED. The elements that prevent the increased use of RED in the training process are mentioned.
