Rezumat

The problems that psycho-social adaptation addresses to man are so complex and so many opportunities for solving that strategies based on exhaustive algorithms become incapable. That is why man uses heuristic solving systems. The process of adaptation in the university environment leads to a series of internal and external factors. Thus, the student is not passive in relation to environmental conditions, but assimilates them through the internal conditions (the hereditary premises, the program stock and the experience at his disposal). By internalizing the environmental conditions offered by the environment in relation to its individuality, the personality adapts to these conditions due to the plasticity of the cerebral cortex and its learning capacity, acquiring new adaptive abilities.Based on the views outlined we conclude that the complex process of psychosocial adaptation implies an agreement of the individual with the others, based on internal motivations or common external interests. Thus, adaptation also depends on the attitude of acceptance of the person by others or by the world, considered as a social environment. This implies a favorable psychological comfort for all individuals.
