Criminal administration of justice requires judges not to rely in the decisions they acted, on probability, but the certainty acquired decisive evidence-based, completeand secure, able to reflect objective reality (facts submitted). Only then formed belief, the source of the evidence adduced in the case, that objective reality (facts submitted) is unequivocally one that depicts reality with ideological composition of the samples. Even if in fact were given evidence to support the accusation, and other evidence are unlikely or simply do not exist, yet doubts persist as to guilt, then doubt is "equivalent to a positive proof of innocence" and therefore defendant be paid. |
