Administration of preparation BioR breeding bulls: - has favored the semen cell's biological membrane stability through enzymoprotective mechanisms and increase the coefficient of cryoresistance of semen materfial; - show a beneficial effect on restoring functional indices (mobility, survivability and absolute survival index) of seminal cells in cryopreservation conditions; - ensure lower percentages of patological semen sells in cryopreservated bull semen, and increase the rate of normal sperm after thawing as compared to witness; - contributed to the increase the indices of bulls cryobiological spermograme compared with the control group. Therefore biopreparation BioR can be used for the purpose of enhancing the effectiveness of the technology bull semen cryopreservation. |
