В статье рассмотрена и проанализирована реализация иммунитета лица во время дачи показаний в уголовном производстве Украины. На основании действующего уголовно-процессуального законодательства определены особенности показаний, а также их влияние на реализацию иммунитета подозреваемого, обвиняемого, свидетеля, потерпевшего, эксперта во время дачи показаний. Основываясь на анализе научной литературы, имеющей значение для исследуемой темы, норм Уголовного процессуального кодекса Украины, разработаны теоретические положения и обоснованы необходимые изменения к действующему Уголовному процессуальному кодексу Украины, которые регулируют реализацию иммунитета вышеуказанных лиц во время дачи показаний

The article considers and analyzes the realization of the personal immunity during testimony in the criminal proceedings of Ukraine. On the basis of the current criminal procedural law, the peculiarities of the testimony and their impact on the realization of the immunity of the suspect, the accused, the witness, the victim, and the expert during the testimony are identified. Based on the analysis of scientific literature relevant to the chosen topic of the study and the rules of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the theoretical provisions are developed and necessary changes in the current Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, that regulate the implementation of the immunity of mentioned above persons during the testimony, are determined
