Innovative content and technology method CARBO - Vibro-ARC hardening cladding cermet (KVDN) is that in addition to high hardness (1500 kg/mm2) and durability, respectively (5-6 times higher hardened st.65G) and shock strength provided by steel matrix in which the highly rigid reinforcing based ceramic parts (AL2O3, SiO2, B4C), and also comprising nitrogen, boron and aluminum compounds. Advantages of KVDN: - Hardening effect is achieved not only by the deposited cermet layer (MC) with a thickness of 1.5-2 mm, but also diffusion saturation at a depth of 1.5 mm carbon, boron, nitrogen, due to the sublimation of the graphite electrode and the thermal dissociation of chemical substances contained in the MC -composite; - High hardness (80-90HRC) combined with favorable toughness are difficult to achieve by other methods of hardening, which is confirmed by comparative field trials paws cultivators, reinforced by various methods; - KVDN hardening method is valid for wide use in the field of operation and appliance manufacturers in conjunction with mechanized equipment; - equipment KVDN-1 oversized, low-power (up to 5 kW), tech, easy to learn staff. To implement the technology hardening KVDN developed and is available in the GNU GOSNITI equipment (Figure 1) use the manual method. Purpose: - Hardening disc clutches cultivators, plowshares, parts operating under conditions of abrasive wear, tillage, processing, construction, mining and other equipment in stationary and field conditions, manual, mechanized, automated methods. |
