At the heart of food systems and human, animal and a half century, the principle of energy balance. Half or more of the available nutrients in the diet is used as an energy source in the body oxidized form of ATP. Digestion energy is shared with varying efficiency depending on the direction of its use. The paper defines the criteria for full feeding and basic principles of regulation of the energy supply of productive cattle. Marked zootechnical and physiological parameters in the evaluation of control cows energy. |
