Rezumat

Galvanic industries are one of the main sources of environmental pollution by harmful substances, especially heavy metals. Electroplating is used in almost all industries and is one of the largest consumers of non-ferrous metals and water, rather expensive chemicals, and its waste water are the most toxic because they contain harmful impurities of heavy metals, inorganic acids and alkalis, surfactants and other highly toxic compounds. The electroplating urgent task is to reduce water consumption. At present, for one square meter of coating up to 2500 liters of clean water is required. Existing methods to reduce water consumption can not always be considered and realized within the framework of real enterprises and factories. Besides, these methods are not always possible to implement. Therefore, at the design stage of galvanic lines it is necessary to make the necessary calculations of water consumption and provide specific equipment, which allows to obtain high-quality coatings with a minimum amount of consumed water. In this connection, we have developed the software, which allows for a short period of time to make the calculations and determine the conditions of optimization of water consumption at the design stage of galvanic lines. Also, this program does the calculations on the content of pollutants in the wash water, which allow to use the output of the program for the design of water treatment facilities in electroplating. The main advantages of the program are simplicity and convenience of its use - intellectually intuitive interface, easy access to the database of electrolytes, the ability to automatically generate a report, as well as this program eliminates the human factor in the calculations. The developed program has been implemented and used in one of the leading design institutions of the Russian Federation – Open Joint-Stock Company “KAZAN GIPRONIIAVIAPROM”.
