Quality and innovation as prerequisites for performance in education presumed the integration of democratic values and principles, rights and obligations of partners, designed in a spirit of transparency, accountability and the involvement of both the school as a provider of education and family - student and father - as a recipient of education services. Research conducted in this area, the practice of many educational institutions, demonstrated the compelling benefits of implementing a Quality Management System. We consider that training in evaluation should be continued but the programs focused on new teaching curriculum, else it should systematically include the necessary support to assist teachers to assess skills and use assessment for shaping teaching and the learning process of students. |
