One of the most used words by politicians is «reform». For them, everything can be reformed, everything is not so perfect and need their intervention for creating something better – it means, as dictionary explain: «to reform». They are able to «reform» everything and every time. But a normal mind wonders: a change made by politicians is a reform, or just a change that cover some other interests? In such equation, there is a question: is it necessary to reform the public administration, or to reform the state? Our text will try to brief answer to this interrogation. |
