В статье проводится теоретическое исследование основных задач административно-правового регулирования в сфере агропромышленного комплекса Украины. Отмечается, что решить множество задач, которые стоят перед АПК Украины, возможно только за счет его реформирования, которое приблизит модель хозяйствования отечественного сельского хозяйства к лучшим современным мировым стандартам. Осуществляется анализ нормативно-правовых актов, таких как Стратегия развития аграрного сектора «3+5», Положение о Министерстве аграрной политики и продовольствия Украины № 1119 и др., а также другой юридической литературы и работ отечественных и зарубежных ученых в данной сфере; выделяются определенные виды задач административно-правового регулирования в сфере АПК Украины в соответствии с основными категориями и методы административно-правового воздействия на субъектов деятельности в сфере АПК для решения этих задач

The article deals with the theoretical study of the main objectives of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine. It is noted that it is possible to solve many objectives which face the Ukrainian agroindustrial complex only by its reforming, and it will bring the model of managing domestic agriculture closer to the best modern world standards. The analysis of normative legal acts such as the Strategy for the Development of the Agrarian Sector «3 + 5», the Regulation on the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine No. 1119 and others, as well as other legal literature and the work of domestic and foreign scientists in this field is conducted; certain types of tasks of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine are singled out in accordance with the main categories and methods of administrative and legal influence on the subjects of activity in the sphere of agroindustrial complex are identified for the solution of these tasks

Articolul se referă la studiul teoretic al principalelor sarcini de reglementare administrativă și juridică în sfera complexului agroindustrial al Ucrainei. Se remarcă faptul că rezolvă multe probleme cu care se confruntă agricultura din Ucraina este posibilă numai în detrimentul reformei sale, ceea ce va aduce modelul de afaceri al agriculturii autohtone la cele mai bune standarde mondiale.
