Статтю присвячено розкриттю правового потенціалу норм трудового права забезпечити розвиток трудових відносин задля створення умов гідної праці. Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі здійснено правове моделювання розвитку трудових відносин на засадах партнерства. Наголошено, що держава зобов’язана забезпечувати гарантовані нею права працівникам і створювати необхідні правові умови для розвитку підприємництва в Україні. Обґрунтовано, що Україна має достатній рівень розвитку людського потенціалу, що дає можливість оновити систему соціально-трудових відносин шляхом оновлення змісту трудового договору за рахунок розвитку професійної компетенції працівників

The article is devoted to the disclosure of legal potential of labor law to ensure the development of labor relations for creation the conditions for decent work. For achievement this goal there was made the legal modeling of the development of labor relations on the basis of partnership in the article. It is stressed that the state is obliged to provide its guaranteed rights for employees and to create the necessary legal conditions for the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine. It is substantiated that Ukraine has a sufficient level of human potential development that gives an opportunity to update the system of social and labor relations on account of updating the content of labor agreement through the development of professional competence of employees
