В статье проводится научный анализ финансовой ответственности в сфере трудовых правоотношений, ее признаков и возможности ее применения в реализации частных интересов. Рассматривается сфера ее действия, указываются проблемные аспекты такой ответственности в отдельных сферах общественной жизни. Особое внимание уделяется эффективности финансовой ответственности в сфере трудовых правоотношений, выделяются критерии эффективности норм, устанавливающих юридическую ответственность. Проведено исследование законодательства и проектов нормативно-правовых актов по финансовой ответственности в сфере трудовых правоотношений.  

The article deals with the scientific analysis of financial responsibility in the field of labor relations, its features and the possibility of its application for the realization of private interests. The scope of its activity is considered and it is indicated on the problematic aspects of such responsibility in certain spheres of public life. Particular attention is paid to the effectiveness of financial responsibility in the field of labor relations, the criteria of the effectiveness of the norms establishing legal liability are singled out. The study of legislation and draft normative legal acts on financial responsibility in the field of labor legal relations was conducted.
