<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'>В статье рассматривается теоретический аспект актуальной и до этого времени дискуссионной проблемы криминальной агрессии личности. Дискуссионность исследованной проблемы во многом обусловлена ее междисциплинарным статусом, так как находится в поле зрения как общественных, так и естественных наук. С учетом проведенного анализа различных точек зрения ученых на проблему агрессии и агрессивности установлена их взаимосвязь. Исследование норм международного права и уголовного законодательства Украины позволило выдвинуть ряд теоретических положений и выводов относительно уголовно-правовых и криминологических признаков агрессии. Сформулировано понятие криминальной агрессии и установлены ее черты в современных условиях. </description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>In article the theoretical aspect actual and till this time of a debatable problem of criminal aggression of the personality is considered. The debatability of the studied problem in many respects is caused by its interdisciplinary status as is under review both public, and natural sciences. Taking into account the carried-out analysis of various points of view of scientists on a problem of aggression and aggression their interrelation is established. Research of norms of international law and the criminal legislation of Ukraine allowed to put forward a number of theoretical provisions and conclusions relatively: criminal and legal and criminological signs of aggression. The concept of criminal aggression is formulated and its lines in modern conditions are established.  </description>
