The author examines each of the special types of storage – storage at a hotel because of its characteristics and features. These are: firstly, the features of the investigated subjective relations; and secondly, especially arising from the specifics of the object store; and thirdly, some features of the rights and obligations of the parties to this agreement. An author pays attention to heterogeneity of relations that is investigated, and on differentiation of them on an obligation in relation to a guard and storage of belongings of consumer of hotel services. Such classification gives possibility more detailed to investigate the marked relations through cognition of them legal nature and place among other legal relationships from providing safety of property.

У роботі автор досліджує один зі спеціальних видів зберігання – зберігання речей у готелі через його характерні риси та особливості. До таких можна віднести: по-перше, особливості суб’єктного складу досліджуваних відносин; подруге, особливості, що виникають зі специфіки самого предмета зберігання; по-третє, деякі особливості прав і обов’язків сторін у такому договорі. Автор звертає увагу на неоднорідність відносин, які досліджуються, та на розмежування їх на зобов’язання щодо охорони та зберігання речей споживача готельних послуг. Така класифікація надає можливість детальніше досліджувати зазначені відносини через пізнання їх правової природи та місця серед інших праввовідносин із забезпеченння схоронності майна.
