De asemenea, este efectuată o analiză a surselor de investiţii în societăţile pe acţiuni din Republica Moldova pentru perioada ultimelor 3 ani şi a ţărilor care au investit în valorile mobiliare ale societăţilor pe acţiuni naţionale în perioada 2011-2013.

The joint stock companies in the republic of Moldova and the investments made in them. The article relates about the first appearance of the joint stock companies in the world and in the Republic of Moldova and contains few theoretical aspects about investments. Also, there is an analysis of the investment sources in the joint stock companies from the Republic of Moldova for the past three years and the countries that have invested in the securities of the national joint stock companies from the Republic of Moldova in the period of 2011-2013.
