In groups of students, future teachers, especially important is that the student to be sociable, to relate without damage or injury to other people or them selves. Sociability as personal quality allows the student to meet success fully to feel comfortable in the team of colleagues, to create comfort for other people in the community, even society. Students can easily establish retail contacts with colleagues, other people, creating favourable conditions for interaction and communication with them and help them to meet better collectively and to succeed in their activities. In current conditions, grudgingly, not all students are sociable. Many of them are isolated from the community, thereby creating incommodities in the work of teaching and professional training in interpersonal relationships, even in the collective humanity. |
