The author reflects on the meaning of Romanian words such as absent, absolute, abstinence, abstraction, absurd, home, to scholar (romanian: a cărturări), activity, actor, action, now, adagio, addition, adequacy, truth, adultery. These words are considered neither etymologically, nor under a speculative aspect, i.e. in order to highlight their philosophical content, but in terms of semantics, signaling their place and functionality in the Romanian language. It is, in fact, a preoccupation for the common use of these words
in this language. |
