Rezumat | ||||||
The problems of interpretation of the concept and classification of law guarantees on employment are researched. Author
argues that law guarantees on employment by functional criteria can be divided into guarantees in promoting employment,
reflecting the public's right to compulsory state conditions and creating incentives for their full, free and effective employment
and guarantees in ensuring employment - right on implicit government employment or the provision of material support. It
is proved that the concept of "right to work" is broader than the concept of "right to employment", arguing such a position
that the right to work is a natural, objective and inalienable human right, which reveals her personal capabilities. |
