contemporan este stabilirea unui echilibru între
interesele diferitelor clase sociale în contextul
formulării normelor de protecţie socială, consolidării
lor într-un cadru legal existent şi, nu în ultimul rând,
controlul asupra respectării lor. Principiile de bază
ale acestor norme sunt reflectate în politica socială a
statului, prin care se determină direcţiile dezvoltării
sociale a unei ţări. Politica socială a statului
reprezintă o componentă a politicii interne de stat şi
reglementează relaţiile sociale din comunitate [2].

<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>An essential issue for a modern state is the
establishment of a balance between the interests of
different social classes in the context of formulating the
rules of social protection, to strengthen them in the
existing legal framework and, not least, the control on
their compliance. The basic principles of these rules
are reflected in the state social policy, which
determines the directions of social development of a
country.1 The state social policy represents a
component of state internal policy and settles social
relations in the community. [2]
