The modernization and obtaining the quality in higher education through its importance and its significance is a national problem which is determined by social, economic, political, educational factors, etc. Actually, there is a revision of the values in higher education for the teaching staff to take into account that not obtaining and possessing knowledge is the major good. Now the formation of fundamental skills of self education, self instruction, reflexion must prevail etc. The outcomes and the educational contents of higher education must be connected to national and general values. So the experiences of higher education are relevant under the aspect of remodeling technologies and connecting them to the achievement of objectives related to quality in the teaching process.
