Apa râului Prut ar deveni o sursă de realizare a Protocolului „Apa şi Sănătatea” care prevede 20 de domenii de aplicare ca exemplu: îmbunătăţirea calităţii apei potabile, reducerea numărului de epidemii şi îmbolnăviri, accesul la apa potabilă de calitate garantată, accesul la sisteme de sanitaţie ş.a., totodată şi la dezvoltarea socio-economică, culturală a raionului. Îndeplinirea măsurilor multisectoriale şi multilaterale de protecţie a r. Prut şi a bazinului acvatic „Costeşti- Stînca” în mod evident va contribui la fortificarea sănătăţii publice populaţiei la nivel republican.

The water of the Prut river could become a source for the realization of the “Water and Health” Protocol that provides 20 domains of application like: the improvement of the quality of potable water, the reduction of the number of epidemics and diseases, the access to potable water of a guaranteed quality, the access to sanitation systems and others, and at the same time the improvement of the socio-economic and cultural development of the county. The fulfilment of the multi-sector and multi-lateral protection measures of the Prut river and the waterbed „Costeşti–Stînca” will evidently contribute to the fortifi cation of the public health of the population on a republican level.

Вода реки Прут могла служить источником в реализации Протокола «Вода и Здоровье», который предусма-тривает 20 областей применения пример: улучшение качества питьевой воды, сокращение числа эпидемий и болезней, доступ к безопасной питьевой воды, снижение уровня эпидемических вспышек и разных заболеваний, доступ к питьевой воде гарантированного качества, доступ к медицинской помощи и другие, одновременно социально-экономического и развития культурного района. Обеспечение разносторонних мер по защите р. Прут и водохранилище «Костешть-Стынка» приедут к улучшению здоровья населения на уровне страны.
