Fracturile bazinului şi femurului este o componentă comună a politraumatismelor şi o parte principală în formarea complicaţiilor posttraumatice. Autorii prezintă propria lor experienţă în tratamentul a 12 pacienţi cu politraumă: leziunile cutiei toracice şi fracturi ale coastelor, un traumatism abdominal închis şi fracturi ale pelvisului şi osului femural. Utilizarea osteosintezei minim invazive a bazinului şi femurului cu dispozitiv de fixare externă în perioada precoce a maladiei traumatice a dovedit efi cacitatea sa la pacienţii politraumatizaţi.

Summary. Miniinvasive osteosynthesis of the pelvis and femur in polytrauma The fractures of the pelvis and femur are a common part of polytrauma and the main components in the formation of posttraumatic complications. The authors present their own experience in the treatment of 12 patients with multiple injuries: thoracic lesions and multiple rib fractures, closed abdominal trauma and fractures of the pelvis and femoral shaft. The use of minimally invasive osteosynthesis of the pelvis and femur with external fixation device in the early period of traumatic disease has shown to be effective in patients with polytrauma.

Переломы таза и бедра являются частым компонентом политравмы и основными составляющими в формировании посттравматических осложнений. Авторы представляют собственный опыт лечения 12 пациентов с политравмой; травмой грудной клетки и множественным переломом ребер, закрытой травмой живота и переломами таза и бедра. Применение миниинвазивного остеосинтеза таза и бедра аппаратами наружной фиксации в ранние сроки травматической болезни показало свою эффективность у пациентов с политравмой.
