Fenomenul coronarian Gregg însumă paternul fi ziologic de reglare a perfuziei cordului prin acţiuni vasodilatatorii. Impactul diabetogen asupra endoteliului vascular s-a manifestat prin micşorarea semnifi cativă a rezervei funcţionale coronariene la acţiunea acetilcolinei şi bradikinei, factorii cheie de control al perfuziei coronariene în repaus şi efort. Totodată, sunt evidenţiate mecanisme care pot atenua insufi cienţa coronariană, acestea fi ind: creşterea expresiei receptorilor B1 ai bradikinei, augmentarea coronarodilatării mediate prin hiperpolarizarea miocitului neted coronarian şi controlul perfuziei coronariene prin axa Ang (1-7)-receptorii mas. |

The diabetic impact on endothelium was manifested by signifi cant diminution of the functional coronary reserve on acetylcholine and bradykinin action, key factors concerning coronary perfusion control in rest and effort. Nevertheless, some mechanisms able to blunt coronary insuffi ciency are underlying such as: bradykinin B1 receptor expression elevation, coronary smooth cell hyperpolarization mediated coronary dilation augmentation and coronary perfusion control by axis Ang (1-7)-receptor mas.</cfAbstr> <cfAbstr cfLangCode='RU' cfTrans='o'>Коронарный феномен Грегг включает комплекс сосудорасширяющих действий предназначенных для регуляции перфузии сердца. Диабетическая дисфункция эндотелия проявилась достоверным снижением коронарного функционального резерва на воздействие основных факторов регуляции коронарной перфузии в покое и нагрузке, ацетилхолина и брадикинина.
