The investigations carried out in this paper have proposed to research by highlighting some possible influences of the medium pH on the rooster sperm quality and protein correlation: plasma membrane lipids of the rooster sperm in the cryoconservation process. The experimental data shows that most results for recovery of rooster’s spermatozoa mobility occurred in the case of sperm dilution with medium pH close to neutral. Bilateral deviation of acid-alkaline of pH from neutral value, with more than one unit, cause the suddenly decrease of rooster’s spermatozoa mobility in the freezing-defrosting process of the sperm. The experimental variables anti- and post optimal maintain their authentic value only in the range weak acid and weak basic and, offers major advantages
in maintaining sanogenical properties of the rooster semen material. In the same time, from research findings results that the protein:lipid proportion value depends on origin of plasma membrane. After freezing and defrosting of the sperm protein:lipid proportion from rroster’s spermatozoa plasma membrane has increased authentic. It was ascertained a directly proportional relationship between protein:lipid proportion of the spermatozoa plasma membrane and resistance
of rooster sperm in low temperatures. |
