An important element of the development strategy of the countries with a low level of incomes per capita is export increase. The practice shows us that improvement of export possibilities has a positive influence on economic development and solve the poverty problem in these countries. Nowadays there are created a number of conditions in order to realize these possibilities: the multilateral commercial system, which has an adequate juridical base and does not admit the discrimination in trade relations, the trade liberalization for a large variety of goods.
