In the last two decades the medical opinion on the role of the microbial spectrum and pathogenesis of the acute surgical infection in child developement is unanimous. The microbial spectrum was confirmed as the main trigger of the systemic inflammatory response. This work represents an extensive analysis of the infections Gram positive and Gram negative, stressing the importance of the therapeutic decisions. |
