Rezumat

This article presents the visual evoked potentials and their use in the neurological practice in our clinic. We also intended to describe technical and clinical parts of data acquisition and analysis of VEPs based on recent publications and recommendations provided by international organizations and task forces. Characteristics of visual evoked potentials in specific pathologies such as diabetes mellitus and multiple sclerosis have also been provided.
