Rezumat | ||||||
The article highlights a contextual approach that emphasizes the use of language in specific situations or contexts that may happen in real life and promotes foreign language learning through practical use. It was found out that the thematic section of the textbook is its structural macro-unit, the content of which is usually organized within one topic of communication. This actually creates the thematic context for mastering listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. One of the sections of the textbook with the thematic context, focused on the development of all types of foreign language speech activity of primary schoolchildren, is examined. |
