The paper presents the study of technological methods of production of concrete products based on the activation of water mixing with physical fields and the use of mechanical activation
of the elements of the charge with the disintegrator technology. Analysis of the growth kinetics of cement strength by activating water has shown that the increase in strength in the early stages of curing (14 days) of cement with integrated processing is 17.4%, in contrast to the use of only one type of activation (activation of mixing water), when the increase in strength equal to 16.9 - 17%, but the 28-daily hardening. |
