Rezumat | ||||||
The metallurgical complex on JSCC MSW has a 120-tonne electronic arc furnace (EAF) equipped with alternative power units. It also has VD/VOD vacuum degasser, a 6-strand continuous casting machine (CCM) with electromagnetic stirrers (EMS), and installed a ladle furnace (LF). The company perform rolling process on a two-line rolling mill which is an upgraded of 320/150 combined light-section continuous rolling mill. The mill has two walking beam preheating furnaces, a feeding line, ten roughing stands, six intermediate stands, five finishing stands, and five finishing stands. JSCC MSW's upgraded its facilities to produce high quality reinforcing bars of different strength classes including wire rod of low carbon, high carbon, SiMn, Cr-Mn-Mo-V alloyed steels. |
