The resistivity was measured in zero magnetic field and in pulse fields up to B = 30 T. The density of the localized states (DOS) at the Fermi level, the values of the localization radius, the width of the band of localized electron states, and width of the Coulomb gap in the DOS spectrum were obtained.</p></dc:description> <dc:identifier>10.1063/1.1603961</dc:identifier> <dc:source>Journal of Applied Physics () 5912-5917</dc:source> <dc:subject>Engineering controlled terms Calcium compounds</dc:subject> <dc:subject>Charge transfer</dc:subject> <dc:subject>Fermi level</dc:subject> <dc:subject>Magnetic field effects Engineering uncontrolled terms Variable-range hopping (VRH) conductivity Engineering main heading Thin films</dc:subject> <dc:title>Variable-range hopping conductivity in thin film of the ladder compound [Ca1+δCu2O3]4</dc:title> <dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type> </oai_dc:dc>
