National ecological network is an integral part of Pan-European Ecological Network and is produced as required Pan-European Strategy on Biological Diversity and Landscape (Sofi a, 1995). National Programme on the Establishment of National Ecological Network is an objective of achieving the commitments of the Republic of Moldova as a State Party to the Convention on Biological Diversity (Rio de Janeiro, 1992), declaring the United Nations Decade years 2011-2020 as of biodiversity by creating opportunities to halt biodiversity loss by creating complex objects protected by the state. The program aims to establish the legal framework for inter-sectoral coordination of all actions to prevent and reduce the environmental consequences of economic activities, life and health. Integrated management program of activities aimed at establishing a national ecological network, the natural genetic diversity conservation of all species of living organisms and complex ecosystems found in nature, to ensure optimal conditions of life and sustainable development of territories adjacent ecological network.
