Rezumat

The one-phonon recombination of carriers at shallow impurity states in parabolic quantum wells in a longitudinal electric field is investigated. It is shown that one-phonon recombination processes are more active in quantum-confined systems than in the bulk material. The possibility of electrically induced one-phonon transfer in a confined system is discussed.
