Rezumat

Simultaneous education has today become a current necessity in many rural schools in the Republic of Moldova. Teaching-learning situations in simultaneous conditions in primary classes constitute a challenge for teachers in didactic design, in choosing didactic strategies, in carrying out lesson activities, in evaluation. The condition for the success of the simultaneous activity in the lessons of plastic education and technological education is the competence of the teaching staff, their ability and skill to ensure: firstly, ascertaining the psycho-pedagogical aspects regarding the design and conduct of the lesson in simultaneous conditions and secondly, the selection of a content and forms of activity appropriate to the discipline. The fact that almost half of the instructional-educational activity time in the Plastic Education and Technological Education disciplines is allocated to the independent activity of the students, forces the teaching staff to realize an effective curriculum and time management. It is necessary to design the alternation in an optimal manner of the direct activity with the independent work of the students. Thus, the lesson in the conditions of teaching - simultaneous learning within the disciplines of Plastic Education and Technological Education has two important specific moments: the direct (frontal) activity of the teacher with the students and the independent work, unique for the whole class, or differentiated.
