Rezumat | |||||||
This paper presents the results of the research on the influence of the inclusion of a building in the category of heritage buildings on its economic value. For this purpose the authors have developed and analysed a database of real estate exposed for sale in the period 2019-2022. A classification of built monuments according to their physical condition was proposed and the difference in value between the economic value of monuments and real estate that is not considered a cultural/historical monument was calculated. |
