Rezumat | ||||||
Currently, qualified as quality time in preparing teachers signifies a radical change, a reform of quality determined by the complexity of the problems and specificity of our society. Priority axes of development of the european dimension in teachers training are: - Improving the quality and ability of learning by shifting the emphasis on acquisition knowledge formation and development of skills; - Nature of training – orientated toward reflective practice and "humanization" of teachers; - Development of cooperation between teachers in training programs favoring the emergence of research undertaken in collaboration. |
