Rezumat

The article is written on the basis of numerous information from church documentation. As a source, the author used formulary (1815-20s) and clergy (from 1830-1831) statements of the clergy, as well as confessional paintings of the Holy Nativity of the Virgin Church of the Bulgarian Tabak colony and metric books of the first half of the 19th century, stored in funds of the communal institution Izmail archive. The wide involvement of various sources for the study made it possible to reveal a lot of information about the representatives of the Kulinsky family. A generalized image of the priest John Kulinsky, who began his spiritual ministry on the territory of Budzhak a decade before the mass resettlement of Bulgarians in Bessarabia, is recreated. The life and pastoral activities of his son Dmitry Kulinsky, who served in the temple of the village of Tabak for more than 30 years, are considered. The life of other representatives of the Kulinsky family, who served in the temple of the village of Tabak as clergymen in the indicated historical period, is briefly covered. Other representatives of this one of the largest clans in Bessarabia were partially affected in the study, the composition of their families was considered and the years of birth were indicated.
