Rezumat | ||||||
This communication refers to coffee, coffee shops, coffee shops owners, life stories and human destinies, the charm of Dobrudja and Balchik, captured in memorable pages and phrases by writers and journalists, but also in plastic images of great refinement (Nicolae Tonitza, Iosif Iser, etc.). The coffee, “elixir of life” and “document painting”, speaks about the hospitality of the people from this Romanian corner of the country, Dobrudja, a multiethnic, multiconfessional and multicultural Dobrudja in which Tatars and Turks lived and continue to do so. |
